How to create and manage a workflow folder?

To create a new workflow folder

  1. Select the New ... > Folder > Active folder with workflow  button
  2. Give the workflow folder a name 
  3. Click Workflow to define the workflow steps  
  4. NB! You can also press Save once. Then you get a workflow with three standard steps 
  5. Enter multiple or modify existing step 
  6. Click Save to create the workflow folder

To change settings on a step

  1. Click on the step you want to change in the tree structure
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Change the settings and click Save

Settings on a step
You can set the following settings on a step:

  • Step Name
  • Which (t) step entries can be moved to
  • Who is to be notified when entries are moved to this step

To move entries in a workflow

Select the entries you want to move by checking the

  • Click Move to ...
  • Select the step you want to move to
    NB! Only the steps you are allowed to move to get up in the drop down list
  • Click OK to move the entries
